This drop in class is part workshop part flow. Its perfect for students looking to explore the actions, strength and proprioception needed to approach these postures with confidence and ease. There's no need to be afraid. Lots of levels attend. Come as you are, leave stronger, more confident, and with a fresh perspective!

New Years 2024

I am thrilled to invite you to my annual new years day Vinyasa class! I started this class by accident in 2018, and it has become an annual event that is very dear to my heart.
90 mins of fun all levels sequencing accompanied by great uplifting music with lots of time at the end for deep reflection, relaxation and rest.
This time of year can be really challenging to say the least, so let us grant ourselves the opportunity to shake it off, take a deep breath, sweat our prayers, and groove it out embraced in the arms of community!

Please join me for this two hour workshop examining the standing poses that we encounter again and again in a vinyasa practice, with a fresh and inquisitive perspective. This workshop is perfect for teachers who want a more in depth look at how we experience these postures in our own bodies, giving us a better understanding of how we can support ourselves, and in turn our students. Not a teacher? No problem! Students who are seeking a deeper investigation of the components of these postures are encouraged to attend. Please note that this workshop will be filmed, and a media release form will be available to sign upon arrival.
This is a donation based workshop. Pay as little or as much as you like! Donations with be accepted via cash or etransfer the day of.
