Vinyasa for beginners

This class is perfect for those who are brand new to the study of the vinyasa practice. A great deal of emphasis will be placed on form and accessibility, with lots of adaptations, choices, and options. If you’re looking to start the journey, this is the best place to start!

Vinyasa level 1

This class is for the practitioner looking to hone their understanding and technique of foundational postures. We will spend time examining postures that we commonly find in a Vinyasa class, leaving practitioners with a deeper understanding of how and why they choose to place themselves.

Vinyasa level 2

This class is for the practitioner who wants an emphasis on creative and dynamic sequencing coupled with detailed technique. This class is energetic, uplifting, and challenging.

Core flow

This class will focus on how the core of the body supports us not only in our yoga practice, but daily lives. Front side and back body of the trunk will be explored in detail. Practitioners will leave feeling connected, stable, and stronger! A level 1 practice is recommended to get the most out of this class.

Foundations of flight

Foundations of flight offers students the opportunity to examine the biomechanics, strength, and proprioception necessary to explore inversions with confidence, intelligence, and curiosity. Part flow/part workshop/part conditioning, this class is perfect for students who are not only looking to get stronger, but also looking to hone their awareness and find ease when moving towards flipping it all upside down. Whether you’re new to inverting, or want a brush up on the building blocks, this class is for you! Please have access to an open wall space.
